Samantha Mumba escapes car crash unscathed

A horrific incident involving Samantha Mumba has thankfully had a happy ending. The heavily pregnant Dublin star was involved in a three-car pile up while driving in LA but, despite the car being written off, we can report that Mumba and the baby are fine.
Having photographed herself while still at the crash sight, she then took to social media to allay fans' fears, writing: "So yesterday was a bad day. Three-car pile up that we got the brunt of. ‘My poor car written off a week before the baby is due. As is her car seat. However on a more positive note God protected us all… we are just so grateful that our little girl is ok."

So yesterday was a bad day. 3 car crash that we got the brunt of. My poor car written off a week before the baby is due?. Clearly God was protecting us....just so grateful that our little girl is ok and this wasn't any worse. Serious reality check?

Mumba and her husband Torray Scales, who reside in LA, announced her pregnancy in September and the baby is due to arrive this week.
