This Saturday, March 2nd, acoustic folk singer-songwriter Saoirse Casey will launch her new album with a show at The Parlour Bar in Whelan's, Dublin.
Following on a string of successful singles, Saoirse Casey will launch her debut album Lunaria with an intimate gig at The Parlour Room in Whelan’s, Dublin, this Saturday March 2nd. A seasoned live performer, Saoirse has appeared on stage with numerous Irish artists including her father, Paddy Casey, as well as Declan O’Rourke, Mundy and Wallis Bird, touring in Ireland and internationally. The new album is comprised of songs written over the course of six years, showcasing Saoirse’s delicate vocals and powerful lyricism, that she describes as “inspired by the gossamer of wings, a deep love of the earth and all its hidden places”.
Doors open at 9:30pm, music begins at 10pm. Tickets cost €10 at the door. Lunaria will be available for purchase at the show- it is also available for pre-order from iTunes, Google Play and all major downloading platforms. For more information go here.
