‘Say Hi’ sees Argentinean house lads Silver City augment their usual bassline heavy house music with vocals from Fernando Pulichino. Like a South American and hopefully less dodgy version of Shaun Ryder, it’s underpinned by live funk rhythms and infectious keyboards – and may give them the big hit they deserve.
