Three years after her solo debut Revival, Selena Gomez announces her sophomore album.
After releasing two singles, 'Lose You To Love Me' and 'Look At Her Now', in October, Selena Gomez has now announced her eagerly awaited second album. The yet untitled record will be out on January 10.
Selena's fans have lovingly been referencing the album as SG2 for quite some time but the official album title hasn't been revealed yet. Title and album tracklist are set to be announced very soon.
The announcement also comes with a teaser trailer for the album. Check it out below:
In addition to the digital release, the album can also be purchased in a variety of physical formats: standard CD, a box set with custom photos, a limited-edition autographed CD, and vinyl in multiple colors.
The first single from the new album, 'Lose You To Love Me', marked a historic moment for the singer as she landed her first No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. Gomez co-wrote 'Lose You To Love Me' with Julia Michaels, Justin Tranter and Mattias Larsson.

Upon release, Selena said it was a "special gift to all of her fans" and thanked them for "pushing her to be her best". Gomez co-wrote the song with Julia Michaels and Justin Tranter as well as Ian Kirkpatrick.
Selena will also make her return to the stage at the American Music Awards this weekend. This will mark her first live televised performance in two years. The 2019 American Music Awards will take place this Sunday, November 24 in Los Angeles.
