Shakey Graves plots Whelan's visit
One man band to hit Dublin next April
Much-touted Americana talent Shakey Graves has announced a Dublin stop for next year.
The Texan - who peddles a winsome blend of blues, country, and rock and roll - collected plaudits aplenty for his debut record Roll The Bones, while last year's And the War Came showed he has no intentions of letting standards slip.
While he might be a familiar face to some from a recurring role on Friday Night Lights, his sound is decidedly fresh; a foot-stomping, whooping and hollering racket that's bound to whip Whelan's into a frenzy.
Tickets for the April 21 show are available now, priced at €15.
