Annie Mac will be among the DJs performing at the final event in the iconic venue on July 28.
The first Shine event in Mandela Hall took place back in 1995. It was around this time that a young Annie Mac, who studied at Queen's University Belfast, got her first real taste of dance music.
In the years since then, the Mandela Hall has been a haven for DJs and producers, domestic and foreign, who have given Belfast the sort of club nights that the city deserves.
Shine's reputation for incredible club nights has meant that it has somewhat outgrown the size of Mandela Hall. In recent years, it has moved on to the likes of the Telegraph Building, Limelight and Custom House Square, as demand for dance music in Belfast grows ever larger.
But for those who first whetted their appetite for serious dance music in the bunker Hall of Queen's Student Union - normally on a Halloween, a Boxing Night, a New Year's Eve - this will be a bittersweet goodbye.
