Irish singer-songwriter Shobsy has signed a worldwide deal Pangea International Music Publishing.
“Shobsy is a generational talent with music in his DNA, "said President & Founder of A&R Worldwide Sat Bisla, who reportedly helped secure the deal.
"He’s not an artist, but rather an artiste, as he’s born with an exceptional talent and musical gift that will impact the music world in an impactful way. I’d like to thank Shobsy for entrusting his talent with us, and his manager David Reid for giving us the opportunity to collaborate with such an amazing and genuine talent. We can’t wait to share his forthcoming incredible songs and talent with music fans around the world.”.
The signing follows Shobsy’s recent trip to Los Angeles, where he performed at Musexpo in Burbank, California and made a special appearance at the “International Music Industry Person of the Year” awards.

Pangea International Music Publishing, which is partnered with Sony Music Publishing for administration, is a boutique artist development-focused publisher which "has been instrumental in supporting artists and songwriters very early on in their careers before any notable local or global success" - including Platinum-selling N. American artist Forest Blakk, All Mankind Capra and New Beat Fund.
An alternative pop artist taking inspiration from the likes of David Bowie and George Michael, Shobsy dropped his debut single 'Vanity' in 2022, and has been enjoying widespread radio play and acclaim since - with a headline show in Dublin's Academy lined up for Friday, November 15.
