The exciting news comes after the success of their 2024 global tour, their largest since 1985.
Iconic Scottish rock band Simple Minds have announced UK and Ireland shows for summer 2025, which will include a concert at Trinity College’s Summer Series on July 1.
Tickets are €59.90 and will go on sale October 4, with more dates to be announced soon.
This year, the band performed to approximately one million people, on their biggest global tour since 1985, receiving consistent acclaim as one of the best live groups of their generation.

Speaking about their upcoming summer shoes, vocalist Jim Kerr said: “We’re excited and energised by the overwhelming reaction we received to our 2024 tour. Simple Minds are already looking forward to creating yet more ‘live magic’ next summer. We hope to see you there.”
Simple Minds last played in Ireland in March of this year, delighting fans at the 3Arena with classic hits such as 'Don't You Forget About Me', ‘Waterfront’, ‘Alive and Kicking’, and many more.
The UK and Ireland 2025 summer shows will consist of seven outdoor performances:
28th June: Lincoln Castle
29th June: Southampton Summer Sessions
1st July: The Summer Series at Trinity College Dublin
3rd July: Bedford Summer Sessions

8th July: Derby Summer Sessions
