Following the release of her well-received singles 'Insert Coin' and 'A Little Break (Live From Leixlip)' earlier this year, Sinéad White has returned with her brand new EP, Bye Chicken.
The project also features the new single 'When I'm With You (I Can't Breathe)', alongside acoustic versions of both that track and 'Insert Coin'.
Tapping into concerns both personal and generational, Bye Chicken showcases a remarkable voice primed for a mainstream breakthrough – and and continues to mark Sinéad as a powerful and wholly original force in Irish music.
"It takes a village is a great festival but also a great expression that sums up the necessity of having supportive people around you," she wrote on Instagram today – before thanking Daithí, Chris Bubenzer, Marcin Ciszczoń, Ruth Medjber, Galia Arad, Gary Tiernan, Elaine Mai, Frankie J Pollard for their work in "recording, mixing, mastering, taking photos, giving pep talks and being my friends in general."
The acoustic tracks on Bye Chicken also feature guitarists Jake Curran and Sam Killeen.

"I find it really hard to finish things so I am mainly glad that I did that," Sinéad continued. "And can shurrup about it now."
In addition to her solo work, the singer-songwriter and pianist is known for her work with Irish acts HousePlants and Daithí.
