Tickets for Slipknot's upcoming Irish and UK tour go on sale on August 30.
Following the chart-topping success of their sixth studio album, We Are Not Your Kind, Slipknot have announced Irish and UK tour dates for early 2020 - including a show at Dublin's 3Arena on January 14. Behemoth are set to join the tour as special guests.
“It feels good to be coming back for an extensive tour of Europe and the UK," Slipknot frontman Corey Taylor revealed in a statement about the upcoming tour. "No matter how many times we come there, it always feels like we can never get enough, nor play ALL the cities we want to. But one thing’s for certain: the audiences are ALWAYS some of the best in the world.”
Last week, the masked rockers scored their fifth consecutive Top 5 album on the Official Irish Albums Chart. We Are Not Your Kind beat Ed Sheeran's No. 6 Collaborations Project to the top spot by a narrow margin of only 12 combined sales.
Tickets for Slipknot's Dublin gig go on sale on Friday August 30, at 9am. See Ticketmaster for more information.
