The Games are due to kick off on Friday July 26 and will host 329 medal events until August 11.
American rapper Snoop Dogg will carry the Olympic torch in its final stretch before the opening ceremony of the Paris Games on Friday.
Snoop Dogg will carry the torch through the streets of Saint-Denis, a northern Paris suburb which is home to the Stade de France Olympic Stadium.
The news was shared by the town's mayor Mathieu Hanotin on X who said Saint Denis would be the iconic torch's final stop before the Eiffel Tour.
The 'Drop It Like It's Hot' performer later confirmed the news on the same social media platform saying: "U Ready? Paris 2024 Olympics ya digggggg".
Snoop Dogg also shared a picture of him in a team USA tracksuit in front of the Paris Town Hall, which has been decorated in honour of the games.

The rapper, who is also contributing to NBC Primetime's coverage of Games, is better known in the sports world for his Snoop Youth Football League. The championship game is called the "Snooper Bowl".
He made his debut as an Olympic commentator with Kevin Hart at the Tokyo Games in 2021, with many of the rap star's comments going viral.
Celine Dion is rumoured to be taking part in the Paris Games opening ceremony. If true, it will mark the Eurovision winner's first performance since being diagnosed with Stiff Person Syndrome in 2022.
This year's Opening ceremony won't take place in a stadium, instead the event will see 10,500 athletes will cross through the centre of Paris in a 3.5-mile boat parade along the Seine, culminating in front of the Trocadéro on the opposite side of the Seine from the Eiffel Tower.
Team Ireland will be sending their largest ever and most promising delegation to date with 133 athletes competing.
