Soda Blonde have announced their final performance of the year at Vicar St on December 7 this year.

Quartet Faye O’Rourke (vocals), Adam O’Regan (guitar), Dylan Lynch (drums), and Donagh Seaver-O’Leary (bass) are a Dublin-based indie pop band that has grown in popularity in the past few years. They're currently in the midst of a sold-out EU tour, set to end in their hometown.

Formed in 2019, Soda Blonde released their first album Small Talk in 2012, which was nominated for RTÉ’s Choice Music Prize. Their latest album Dream Big, released in 2023, also received a Choice Prize nod.

Singer Faye says of the album's success, “We’re always looking to achieve more,” adding, “We want these songs on the radio, but we’re also kind of saying something that maybe isn’t currently there.”
