A prominent voice in the Dublin music scene, Somebody's Child has become one of Ireland's biggest prospects, having accumulated millions of streams and spots on some of Spotify's most prestigious playlists.
Dublin outfit Somebody's Child, curated by bandleader and songwriter Cian Godfrey, have announced a concert film from Kilkenny's Set Theatre this Saturday, January 23rd.
The gig will take place as part of Labyrinth Management's free-to-air concert series.
"This Saturday you're invited to a FREE Somebody's Child Concert Film airing on the Labyrinth YouTube Channel," Cian Godfrey wrote on the band's Instagram account.
"So grab a glass of poitín and plonk yourself down at 8pm just before that bloke who punched an owl fella fights in the hectagon again."

Godfrey returned in December 2020 with his second single from the five-piece outfit's forthcoming EP, titled 'Lost'.
‘Lost’ represents the second chapter of their new EP Hope, Amongst Other Things.
"'Lost' was written when I came out of college and experienced a lot of career anxiety," Somebody's Child said at the time of its release.
"Everyone else seemed to know what they were doing except for me. It seems a fitting time to release it at the end of a year when so many of us faced this challenge. It taught me a lot in hindsight, I think I was probably suppressing a lot of emotions that were manifesting in situations that weren't really relevant to what was going on inside. It's a real example of what a therapeutic experience songwriting can be."
Hope, Amongst Other Things is slated to arrive in early 2021, with the group's UK and Ireland tour likely to be postponed as a result of the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic.
Their most recent EP, 20-Something, was released on August 7 and contained a slew of powerful pop-rock singles.
