The reunion was first hinted in February on Instagram posted by Victoria Beckham. Although first to tease the tour, Beckham will not be joining the other members Mel B, Mel C, Emma Bunton and Geri Halliwell on tour.
Mel B dressed up as Posh Spice attempting to convince Beckham to join to the girls for the reunion arena tour. More details here. Despite her refusal, the all new Spice Girls Twitter account is following Victoria Beckham.
Moments after the announcement was made Beckham expressed her views to Instagram. The former member stated "Today marks a special day for the girls as they announce the first tour dates since we performed together in 2012! I won't be joining my girls on stage again but being in the Spice Girls was a hugely important part of my life and I wish them so much love and fun as they go back on tour next year. I know they will put on an amazing show and the fantastic fans past and present are going to have a wonderful time! X vb #spicegirls #friendshipneverends"
