Along with her own extremely successful solo endeavours, Ms. Clarke is collaborating again with David Byrne who's also recruited Nelly Furtado, Kelis, How To Dress Well, Devonté Hynes, tUnE-yArDs, Nico Mulhy and Ira Glass for his new Contemporary Color project, which will be rolled out over two June weekends in New York and Toronto.
Byrne has been commissioned to come up with 10 pieces of music for North America's biggest displays of Color Guard, the multi-disciplined marching phenomenon which has evolved out of military tradition.
