For the first time, Irish Music Week has also added day shows to the schedule
With less than a month to go until Ireland Music Week 2024, the schedule and stage times for the artist showcases – taking place on Thursday, October 3, and Friday, October 4 – have been announced.
The acts will be spread across six stages – two in The Button Factory, two in The Grand Social and two in The Workman's Club.
This year will also see day shows added to the schedule for the first time. They'll take place in The Workman's Club (in the Main Room and Workman's Cellar) on the Thursday afternoon, with four acts playing over a two-hour period, kicking off at 2.45pm.
Across the two days of showcase performances, 51 hotly tipped Irish artists and one Dutch act (via the Revelland programme) will perform – including Niamh Bury, Celaviedmai, Kean Kavanagh, Ahmed With Love., Leo Miyagee, Maria Kelly, Shark School, The Amniotics, The Fae, DeCarteret, Annie-Dog and more.
Once again, Lost Lane will host the festival hub and the conference during the day, with some conference activities taking place in Crowbar Terrace this year.
Bookers, labels, publishers, managers, agents, and many more international professionals have been confirmed to attend this year's showcase and conference.
