After taking over the Irish box office on its opening weekend, A Star Is Born continues to dominate the Official Irish Singles and Albums Charts.
The soundtrack to Bradley Cooper's directorial debut has proven a major hit with Irish fans, claiming a second week at Number 1 on the Offical Irish Album's chart. The album, which contains vocals from the film's two leads, Cooper and Lady Gaga, has also held on to the number one spot for two consecutive weeks on the Billboard 200 Chart.
Moreover, the uplifting single "Shallow" from A Star is Born has landed a second week at number 1 in the Official Irish Singles Charts.
This marks the first time that a song by Lady Gaga has spent more than 1 week at Number 1 since 2010's collaboration with Beyonce on "Telephone".
