After selling out their initial Vicar Street gig on the 6th Feburary 2019, the Californian rockers have added a second date due to demand.
Steel Panther have announced they will play an additional Dublin date on the 5th February.
The band, comprised of lead singer Michael Starr, guitarist Satchel, bass player Lexxi Foxx and Stix Zadinia on drums, formed in 2000 in Los Angeles soon establishing themselves as a party band mixing hard rock with parody. With four-full length albums under their belts, Steel Panther have made numerous high profile TV appearances on shows such as Jimmy Kimmel Live and Larry King Now. Since their inception, the band have toured across the world and gained platinum YouTube status for their videos which often make fun of their own 'glam metal' persona.
For fans thinking of attending, the band offers this advice, “If you’re a person who’s depressed and always bummed out and prefer it to rain, go to a fuckin’ Morissey show”.
