The self-proclaimed greatest export of California and renowned feminist supporters Steel Panther have announced UK/Irish tour in early 2020.
After two nights at Vicar Street back in February of this year, California heavy metal band Steel Panther are coming back next year.
For the uninitiated, Steel Panther was formed in 2000 and is comprised of Michael Starr (lead singer), Satchel (guitarist), Lexxi Foxx (bass) and Stix Zadinia (drums). Hailing from Los Angeles, Steel Panther has established themselves as a premier party band, melding hard rock virtuosity with parody. Steel Panther is a global phenomenon with four full-length albums as well as numerous high-profile TV appearances on shows such as Jimmy Kimmel Live and Larry King Now. Since their inception, the band have toured across the world and gained platinum YouTube status for their videos which often make fun of their own 'glam metal' persona.
The band are also set to release their fifth studio album, Heavy Metal Rules, on September 27th. The album showcases the band’s musical and lyrical growth. The new album is available for pre-order in various bundle configuration here.
Steel Panther will be joined by special guest Wayward Sons for the shows.
Tickets for Steel Panther are available here, starting on Friday, 27 September at 10AM for £37 / €38 inclusive of booking fee.
