The news comes after the singer’s major success on America’s Got Talent, where she advanced to the quarter finals.
Irish singer-songwriter Stephanie Rainey has released a new single ‘Snakes & Ladders’ ahead of the release of her new EP. This comes after the singer’s success on TV show America’s Got Talent, where she advanced to the quarter finals after her performance of her single ‘Please Don’t Go’.
Rainey has also released dates for her upcoming tour, which will see her perform across Europe. She will perform two headline shows in Ireland this year, with one at Vicar Street in Dublin on November 14, and one in Cork City Hall on December 18.
The artist wrote her new single ‘Snakes & Ladders’ in Kerry, with Pa Sheehy, Conor Byrne, and Gary Keane. The song serves as a reminder that life has ups and downs, and although one may feel hopeless at times, other possibilities always present themselves.
Discussing the song, Stephanie said: “I thought I was writing this for everyone else - for friends and people I love as a sort of I'll be there for you song but I realised that I was actually writing it for me - to remind me to always keep going.”
The singer has rapidly been gaining more and more popularity, reaching over 70 million streams across her social media platforms. She has also become one of Ireland’s most played female artists on radio.
