Every Thursday night, Strange Brew will be hosting the best emerging musical talent in Ireland.
Starting on February 22, Strange Brew will be presenting a series of late-night shows at Róisín Dubh in Galway every Thursday with no cover charge. This week, Strange Brew welcomes The Bog Project to the stage.
On February 29, monotypes will perform and then on March 7, Siúcra will play. Sarah Brookfield will follow them on March 14 and the week after The Amniotics will appear on March 21.
These weekly lineups have been curated to contain groups of artists that are diverse, innovative and have a pure musical passion. Strange Brew wants to provide a platform for these emerging musicians to have their voices heard.

The founder of Strange Brew, Gugai said that “Galway has always been a hotbed for musical talent, and with these Thursday nights, Strange Brew and the Róisín Dubh aim to create a space where emerging artists can thrive.”
These shows have no cover charge because Strange Brew wanted to remove any financial barriers for these shows so that they could foster a community of inclusion. This allows a diverse audience to form and explore the rich Galway music scene.
These late night shows are another part of Strange Brews’ goal to support emerging Irish artists on top of their music label or their Fall Right Into Place festival. Strange Brew will continue to pursue their goal of curating quality live music shows for eager audiences.
