The North Carolina electro-pop band's fourth full-length offering landed earlier this year.
Sylvan Esso have announced their return to the UK/EU for a small collection of live dates, five years since they last performed on this side of the world.
There will be just one date in Ireland, taking place at Dublin's Vicar Street on July 4th 2023. Solo dates are also scheduled for Berlin, Amsterdam, and London.
Sylvan Esso released their new album No Rules Sandy via Loma Vista to critical acclaim earlier in the year. The record includes singles ‘Echo Party’, ‘Sunburn’, ‘Didn’t Care’, and ‘Your Reality’, and is available to stream now with the vinyl out 20th January 2023.
Created primarily over the course of three weeks that Amelia Meath and Nick Sanborn spent in a small Los Angeles rental home at the beginning of 2022, the album is both the fastest the band has ever made a record, and the most uninhibited.
“Even if we weren't feeling good, we would just sit down and try to make something,” Meath says. “Pretty much every day that we did that, we got a song that we liked.”

Formed in 2013, Sylvan Esso first emerged with the single 'Hey Mami' and released their eponymous debut album on Partisan Records on May 12, 2014. The pair released their second album What Now with Loma Vista Recordings in April 2017, which was nominated for a Grammy Award for Best Dance/Electronic Album.
Tickets on sale Friday at 10am via Ticketmaster.
