The Jersey born, Irish singer-songwriter, who has toured with artists like James Morrison and James Blunt, has spent his time in lockdown during the COVID-19 pandemic working on his new music and forthcoming EP.
Irish singer-songwriter Tadhg Daly has released a live performance video for his latest single, 'Your Heart's Not In It.'
The video for the 2021 single was filmed in a continuous shot in a backroom of the Peckham Rye train station in London. Nifty50 Films – which is run by Daly's friends, Kaine Horey and Mike O'Conor – shot and directed the live video performance.
"Whilst the main concept of the videos were surrounding the location and how beautiful it is, the guys wanted to shoot all 5 videos at different times of the day so we had a sort of 'day to night' change in aesthetic across the board and if you watch them one after the other you can watch the day through its different stages of light," said Daly of the new video. "All in all though it was about being inspired in such a beautiful location and trying to perform the songs to match it!"
The Jersey born artist comes from a musician-filled family and first began playing the trumpet when he was nine. By 13, he cultivated his taste for rock and punk music after a sports accident. Following years of recovery and personal growth, Daly has since released his first EP and attracted media attention while working in London. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he has been working on new music for his next EP.
