Pillow Queens, Scary Éire, Junior Brother, Cherym, Bantum, God Knows & Denise Chaila and more are set to appear at the Trabolgan festival.
It Takes A Village returns to Trabolgan Holiday Village, Cork for a third year, with an impressive line-up. Taking place from May 8 - 10, the unique festival offers a weekend of music, house parties, chilling by the pool and getting to know your neighbours, on the south coast of Ireland.
It Takes a Village's first line up announcement features world class DJ’s, producers, bands, and some of the hottest Irish acts on the scene right now. They’ll be playing in a multitude of venues all around the village, including ballrooms, back bars, amusement arcades, houses, swimming pools and front porches.
This year's festival features one of New York’s most legendary house aficionados Joe Claussell who will be joined by Cork’s Fish Go Deep for a 6-hour voyage through spiritual, sacred and sweaty house music; Mad Professor - one of the pioneers of the UK Dub scene; a live set from Romare who brings his samples of African-influenced jazz, psychedelic and blues music mashed together with electronic musings; Scary Éire, who blend together hip hop, reggae, jazz, punk, ska, and traditional Irish, return to Cork for the first time since their legendary Sir Henry’s show; Amsterdam-based Altin Gün, essential interpreters of the Anatolian rock and folk legacy and who are a leading voice in the emergent global psych-rock scene; and Lynks Afrikka, the brainchild of Bristol-based producer Elliot Brett.
The festival will also once again will host a strong contingent of the very finest Irish acts, including,
Junior Brother, Pillow Queens, Gay Future With Eddie Kay & Raf Daddy (The 2 Bears), Bantum, God Knows & Denise Chaila, TPM, Happyness, Vicky Langan, Cherym, Percolator, Alex Gough, The Mary Wallopers, Efa O’Neill, Club Comfort With Roo Honeychild, Selky, Baliboc, Caoilian Sherlock and Rising Damp.

Tier 1 tickets are on sale now from €154 - €229 per person, with weekend booking options for 2-9 people. The ticket price includes three nights accommodation in a self-catering house, festival tickets and private parking.
Payment plan tickets are on sale until April 1st. The group pays €250 deposit to book your house or campervan pitch and then pay the remaining balance over multiple instalments.
