With only US dates announced thus far, international fans are gripping the edge of their seats with anticipation to hear of further date announcements for The Eras Tour.
Record breaking pop star Taylor Swift has announced she will be taking to the stage again with The Eras Tour.
Announcing the tour this morning on Good Morning America, the singer has said she aims to bring fans on a journey through all the eras of her career and music, and this tour is her way of thanking Swifties for their support.
So far, only American dates have been announced, but according to the star herself: "international dates to be announced as soon as we can."
The tour also includes some incredible opening acts across the 27 dates announced today. Paramore, Phoebe Bridgers, beabadoobee, girl in red, MUNA, HAIM, GAYLE, Gracie Abrams, and OWENN, are guests announced so far, with undoubtedly more to come as the singer announces further dates.
Taylor kicks of The Eras Tour on March 18, 2023 in her apparent sweet spot: Glendale, AZ, the same place her pre-pandemic Reputation tour began in 2018.

Four and a half months later, the US leg wraps up with two nights at LA’s SoFi Stadium. This venue also holds significance for the artist as it was where the singer was set to open her cancelled 2020 'Lover Fest' mini-tour.
I’m enchanted to announce my next tour: Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour, a journey through the musical eras of my career (past & present!) The first leg of the tour will be in stadiums across the US, with international dates to be announced as soon as we can!https://t.co/KFuqvrhSGo pic.twitter.com/eVyTcuW8sK

Tickets for the US leg are on sale at 10am local time on November 18, but there are a few chances to get your hands on them before then. There will be an earlier rollout of tickets for Capital One credit card members beginning November 15 at 10am local time.
As with Swift's previous tour, there will be a Ticketmaster Verified Fan program “to ensure tickets get into the hands of fans.” Fans can register for the setup from now until November 9 here.
Unusual for tours of this size, Swift has announced the cost of tickets in advance of on sale times. Running from $49 up to $449, with VIP packages that start at $199 and go up to $899, it's clear that in a time of crazily high ticket prices, Swift has thought of every way to give fans a unique and affordable experience.
