Dublin producers Brendan Crowe and Phil Byrne make up production duo Splitloop, Together they’ve brought forth a slew of heavy releases under their Toast Club Recordings guise. Next up for the homegrown imprint is a collaborative EP featuring Derry’s Sirkus Sirkuz and UK-based producer Wax Hands, which is the label’s ninth release. The Irish-born, LA-based DJ, producer and vocalist Svelte lends her distinctive tones and piano skills to ‘Spoken Truth’, a track by Dublin producer and label head Stephen Hogg, aka Soulfinder. Out next month, it’s pure class. Stephen is also one of two head honchos of Sleepless Nights Recordings, an imprint he runs with Vincent Furlong. Meet Dublin-based live electronic trio Plutonic Dust, aka Patrick McAdam, Kevin McKnight and Veronica Moran.
