The event is being run in tandem with IMRO and The Button Factory
A special A Litany Of Failures weekender has today been announced to set to take place over the course of two days between March 30 and March 31 at the Button Factory.
The weekender event is a fundraiser for Volume V of the Litany Of Failures compilation series, which offers a sonic space for Irish DIY and independent artists to come together, collaborate and support each other while "trying to take their own snapshot of the Irish music community".
The weekender event will kick off on Saturday afternoon at 4pm in the Button Factory and concluding at 11.30 pm on Sunday evening.
The weekender festivities will be kicked off with a panel discussion on production, hosted by Zara Hedderman and will feature three of Ireland’s finest producers, John ‘Spud’ Murphy of Lankum fame, Chris W Ryan who is known to have produced the likes of Just Mustard and Jamie Hyland (Gilla Band/Mhaol), plus DJs.
Musical performances will come from previous Litany alumni across the Button Factory Main Room and Crowbar Terrace and will features acts such as The Bonk, M(h)aol, Hot Press' Hot for 2024 Irish act Search Results, Belfast-based art-rock four-piece Junk Drawer, Oh Boland and MANTUA.

The 'A Litany Of Failures' project began in 2016 with the release of Volume 1, featuring a wealth emerging Irish talent including Junk Drawer, Oh Boland, Shrug Life and That Snaake. This release created the blueprint that would later be expanded upon in Volume II, III & IV, which have gone on to feature a total of 60 acts which include the likes of Robocobra Quartet, The Bonk, Silverbacks, Problem Patterns, Junior Brother, Elaine Howley, Myles Manley, Cherym, Post Punk Podge.
