One year after the release of their fifth album The Wire, the Coronas are back to release some forgotten gems in the form of a five-track EP.

With frontman Danny's vocals as smooth as ever and riffs giving us that Coronas' sound we all know and love, Reprise has been this morning's soundtrack.

"In January we decided to go into a studio in Dublin to record a bunch of Coronas songs that had slipped through the cracks over the last few years," the band posted to Facebook. "They were either songs we liked but that didn’t fit in to previous albums or songs that we hadn’t quite finished. The result is Reprise EP, 5 songs that we’re really proud of."

We're thanking the music gods they didn't let these songs permanently escape us. No doubt those attending the band's upcoming shows at Live At The Marquee and 3Arena later this month feel the same.

The biggest must listen of the EP is 'I Hope She Knows', so whatever you do, don't skip it!
