The folk quartet will play in Dublin’s National Stadium on March 24 and Belfast’s The Waterfront on March 25 2025.
Canadian bluegrass band The Dead South have announced their biggest Irish shows to date next March in Dublin’s National Stadium and Belfast’s The Waterfront, amid their current worldwide tour.
Formed in Saskatchewan, Canada in 2012, The Dead South have garnered a loyal fan base over the years, with an EP and four albums under their belt. Their latest release, Chains & Stakes, dates back to February.
The album was rated a 7/10 by Hot Press with Riccardo Dwyer writing: “appropriately ebbing between lightness and gloom, Chains & Stakes makes for a satisfying listen.”

With their latest passage through the island dating back to November 2023, where the group played Belfast’s Ulster Hall and Dublin’s Vicar Street, The Dead South will return to the Irish stage with these two new dates.
These shows promise to be passionate, as The Dead South’s fans stay loyal to the band, known for attending concerts in cosplay attire and copying the band’s signature looks.
Tickets for The Dead South’s Dublin’s National Stadium and Belfast’s The Waterfront shows will go on sale on May 3 at 10AM starting from €46.00 / £46.00.
