Yoshima Battles the Pink Robots was the band's tenth studio album and the follow up to their 1999 record Soft Bulletin.
American psychedelic rock band The Flaming Lips have announced Irish dates for their 20th anniversary tour of their Yoshimi Battles the Pink Robots.
The band are set to play the album in full at the 3Olympia Theatre on 28 and 29 April 2025.
Tickets will be priced from €61.85 including booking fees and are due to go on sale Friday June 7 at 10AM.
Yoshimi Battles the Pink Robots is the tenth studio album by The Flaming Lips, released on July 16, 2002, and saw the band pursue a more electronic direction than previous efforts.
The band announced a 20th anniversary box set version of the album to be released in 2022. Along with this announcement, The Flaming Lips promised to tour and perform the album in full.

The Flaming Lips have now made good on that promise and have announced a string of UK and Irish dates in may and April of next year, kicking off in Birmingham and ending in Bristol.
Now, over two decades since it was first shared, the band have confirmed that they will be hitting the road and performing the tracklist in full.
Formed in Oklahoma City, OK in 1983, The Flaming Lips have since garnered three Grammy Awards, a Tony nomination, and an RIAA Gold-certified Record for Yoshimi Battles the Pink Robots.
In 2012 Yoshimi Battles The Pink Robots was adapted into a musical.
