US rapper The Game has postponed his performance at Dublin’s 3Olympia Theatre tonight. The rescheduled date is now set for April 9.
The Game, whose real name is Jayceon Terrell Taylor, was advised by a doctor not to perform due to illness. The Dublin show was part of his ongoing UK and Ireland tour, with Irish-Nigerian rapper Offica announced as the tour’s special guest.
The tour marks the 20th anniversary of his debut album The Documentary. The LP debuted at No. 1 on the US Billboard 200 and includes hits like 'Hate It or Love It', 'How We Do', and 'Dreams', featuring collaborations with Nate Dogg, 50 Cent, Eminem, and others.
In a statement posted on social media, MCD Productions said:
"We regret to inform you that tonight’s show is being postponed to April 9th due to The Game being instructed by a Doctor not to perform due to illness. All tickets remain valid for the rescheduled date. We apologise for any inconvenience caused."
