After tickets for their Dublin and Belfast performances flew off the shelves, The Libertines have announced two additional Irish dates in Cork and Limerick this autumn.
With fans gearing up for the release of The Libertines' hotly anticipated fourth album All Quiet On The Eastern Esplanade on 5th April, the band have announced two additional Irish stops on their 2024 UK and Irish headline tour this autumn.
Commencing with a newly set Cork appearance at Cyprus Avenue on 22nd September, the indie heroes will move on to play a sold-out show at Dublin’s 3Olympia before stopping at The Telegraph Building in Belfast and closing out their Irish run at the Big Top in Limerick on 25th September.

Their first album in nine years, All Quiet On The Eastern Esplanade was partly conceived during the band’s time in Jamaica, where frontmen Carl Barât and Pete Doherty reignited their fiery chemistry.

“It could have easily just descended into paddle-boarding, cocaine and rum but, no, we knuckled down and got some serious work done,” Pete said in a recent interview with Hot Press. “Actually, there was some paddle-boarding and quite a bit of rum so we did Shaun Ryder moderately proud.”
Known for their once-seen-never-forgotten live performances, The Libertines are prepped and ready to save humanity from the cacophony of modern technology that continues to dominate society, urging attendees to leave their phones at home and experience the analogue euphoria of the All Quiet On The Esplanade Tour.
Tickets for the newly announced Cork and Limerick dates will be available from Thursday 28th March at 9AM.
