The Maccabees have added a second Dublin headline show to their 2025 UK/Ireland tour due to high demand.
The indie-rock five-piece will play The Academy on Monday, August 18, 2025, after their previously announced Academy show on Sunday, August 17.
Following news of the band's 2024 reunion, it was revealed they would headline London's All Points Festival this summer. The band later announced a series of intimate warm-up shows in August to celebrate their long-awaited return.

Having formed in 2004 in London, they released four critically acclaimed albums: Colour It In (2007), Wall of Arms (2009), Given to the Wild (2012), and Marks to Prove It (2015).
While the band disbanded in 2017, the first spark of their reunion can be traced back to guitarist and founding member Hugo White’s wedding in February 2020, when all the band members were in attendance.
They performed fan-favourite 'Pelican' at the party, marking the beginning of their return.
