"There will be glitz, glamour, maybe even Santy will show up", the Mary Wallopers tweeted announcing the event.
Dundalk folk trio, The Mary Wallopers, will put on their second-ever Christmas live stream tonight.
Taking place at 9 pm, the group will be continuing what may become a tradition after delighting their fans with the previous edition last year.
The Mary Wallopers announced the show by tweeting, "What's that sound?? It's The Merry Wallopers Christmas live stream number two! Live on YouTube Friday the 17th of Dec!
There will be glitz, glamour, maybe even Santy will show up. Get your pals together for the mulled vino and make a night of it."
In other news from The Mary Wallopers, they will also be selling items at this year's "Merchy Christmas" market this weekend.
Presented by One Stop Band Shop, the second annual event will support local indie artists by selling their merch on multiple floors of the Grand Social. With the latest government restrictions heavily impacting the Irish music industry, this event is a way to directly support some of your favourite musicians.
