Fresh from their appearacne at Other Voices in Dingle, rising four-piece garage rockers The Psychs will perform live on Fanning At Whelan’s on Virgin Media Two this Saturday 9 December at 10pm.

This new series features a host of Irish artists, from Glen Hansard, Bell X1 and more, all handpicked by broadcaster Dave Fanning.

The Psychs are Billy Kid Jones (Vocals) Ben (Guitars) Clampo (Bass) and Aaron (Drums). Forming in 2020, their last release was The Devil’s Favourite Son EP in April earlier this year.

The Psychs have also just dropped a raucous brand-new single and video ‘Sweet Tooth Outlaw’, which is available everywhere now.

The song shows a new side to the band, as they take a left turn towards the seedy wild west. The track combines elements from their individual musical tastes, fusing 80’s disco and country blues with their classic rock n’ roll grittiness.

Last Friday, the group announced a headline show at The Workman’s Cellar, Dublin on Saturday 3 February 2024. Tickets start from €15.45 including booking fee and are on sale here.
