The limited edition red vinyl print of Live at Record Room Vol. 1 will be available on Record Store Day 2024.
The Record Room has announced the release of a limited edition red print vinyl of their critically acclaimed compilation record, Live At The Record Room Vol. 1, featuring a host of up-and-coming Irish artists. Available on April 20th at Steamboat Records, the record launch is set to coincide with Record Store Day 2024.
The compilation features live recordings from a series of free gigs hosted at the Record Room in the summer of 2023. Curated and engineered by local producers, the record perfectly captures the vibrant essence of each performance, amplifying the voices of rising stars across the country.
Featured artists include Anna's Anchor, TA Narrative, Hazey Haze, 50 Foot Woman, Laura Duff, SWEETS, The Low Field, Dylan Flynn & the Dead Poets, Small Church, Strange Boy, Paddy Mulcahy, Post Punk Podge & The Technohippies and The PVP.
The album will be available for purchase the night before its launch date during an event at Mary Immaculate College in Limerick at 6pm, which will mark the beginning of a week-long exhibition for photographer Graeme Dalton. The prints on display will be images from the 2023 summer concert series, offering the perfect compliment to the album's launch.
