Following a run of sold-out shows before Christmas, The Saw Doctors will be back in Belfast for an exciting summer headline, this time joined by special guests The Undertones.
Irish rock legends The Saw Doctors will be making their way to Belfast’s Custom House Square on 24th August, teaming up with special guests The Undertones for a highly anticipated return following last year’s sold-out runs at Waterfront Hall and 3Olympia.
The seven-piece band, powered by songwriters Davy Carton and Leo Moran alongside bandmates Anthony Thistlethwaite, Ricki O’Neill, Kieran Duddy and Noelie McDonnell, have found great success across the UK and Ireland since their formation in the 80s.
Shooting towards stardom after a six-week stint on the 1989 Fisherman’s Blues tour with The Waterboys, The Saw Doctors’ second single, ‘I Useta Lover’ reached No. 1 on the Irish charts, making history as one of the biggest selling Irish singles of the 90s.

After a surprise revival with the chart-topping rerelease of the band’s debut album If This Is Rock And Roll, I Want My Old Job Back, The Saw Doctors have made a thrilling return to the scene, announcing an exclusive Dublin concert at Fairview Park on 29th June alongside their Custom House Square appearance on 24th August.
Tickets for The Saw Doctors’ Belfast headline will go on sale from 1st March at 9am via TicketMaster.
