Fresh from their acclaimed show at 3Olympia Theatre over the weekend, The Scratch have announced that they're set to take their raucous live energy over the Atlantic, with a tour of the U.S. and Canada in 2023.

The upcoming tour kicks off on March 7 in Washington D.C., before heading on to Philadelphia, New York, Boston, Toronto, Chicago and Los Angeles.

With a penchant for Irish folk and strong metal roots, The Scratch released their debut album, Couldn’t Give A Rats, in 2020. They've continued to boldly blur the boundaries between genres at their famously wild live shows, and returned with a new single, 'Another Round', earlier this year.

Ahead of Christmas, the lauded Irish four-piece will be kept busy with a run of Irish and UK dates, including Limelight 1, Belfast (November 18); Seán Ógs, Donegal (19); Black Box, Galway (26); Dolans Warehouse, Limerick (December 2); and Ruby Room, Castlebar (3).

The Scratch have also been confirmed as one of the showcasing acts at ESNS (Eurosonic Noorderslag) 2023, taking place in Groningen in the Netherlands from January 18 to 21.
