The Soft Machine
Oliver Ho is always one of the more interesting techno producers.
Always one of the more interesting techno producers - mainly due to his obsession with percussion - this eight-track LP blends his trademark tribal loops with subtle keys, chords and pads. Less intense than some of his more recent work, highlights include the gentle title track - choppy vocal stabs and lovely keys with more than a hint of wild pitch in places - the beautiful 'Burnt Sienna' and the epic Stringfest that is 'The Vision' parts 1 and 2. Excellent.
