Rapidly building up a reputation as one of the finest live music venues in the Midlands, The Venue Athlone is now considered an essential destination for some of Irish music’s leading names. With its stunning decor and improved lay-out, the up-and-coming spot – located in the heart of Athlone – has celebrated another major milestone this month, with the opening of its second space, The Main Room. The new room has wasted no time in getting up-and-running, and has already got a phenomenal line-up of acts scheduled to perform over the coming months. Both of The Venue’s spaces are also available to hire for private parties, launches and other events.
