The Victory to headline midnight gig at Whelan's
The band play Upstairs at Whelan's this Thursday, December 22.
In support of their brand new EP, Making Some Music, The Victory are set to play a midnight set Upstairs at Whelan's, Dublin, this Thursday, December 22.
Ahead of the gig, Shane O'Reilly, singer, songwriter, and guitarist, posted a video across the band's social media, featuring an acoustic version of their track 'Salvation'. The classic-rock tune promises to blow crowds away when performed live, with even an acoustic version sending shivers down your spine.
The band cycle between different genres, and write about important themes such as love, the pursuit of happiness, mental health, and so on.
Frontman Shane's vocals bring a sentimental, vintage energy to their debut EP, shifting the group towards a rockier sound.
Catch the band at Whelan's this Thursday, December 22.
