Folk rock band The Waterboys are set to play a mega gig summer 2024 at the Galway Summer Sessions.

The Waterboys have been led by Scottish singer, songwriter and guitarist Mike Scott since the mid 1980s and have evolved through countless line-ups, with Scott remaining the only mainstay. Known for sentimental classics such as 'The Whole Of The Moon', and 'How Long Will I Love You', The Waterboys are the first act announced for the brand new Galway Summer Sessions.

The Galway Summer Sessions are a series of concerts to be held in a marquee at Galway Airport in August 2024 with a strict audience capacity of 4,999. There will be 10 concerts at Galway Summer Sessions 2024.

Next summer gig will take place at Galway Summer Sessions at Galway Airport on 19th August 2024. Tickets will be priced at €59.90 and go on sale this Friday at 9am via Ticketmaster.
