The Canadian pop singer's 2021 single 'Take My Breath' will likely appear on Dawn FM.
The Weeknd has announced that he will release a new album entitled Dawn FM this Friday, January 7.
Abel Tesfaye's follow-up to 2020's After Hours, and his fifth album overall, features a photo of the singer extensively aged through practical effects or editing on its cover (pictured above).
A trailer for the new record revealed yesterday suggests that Jim Carrey will narrate the album and that it will also include special appearances from Tyler, The Creator, Quincy Jones, Lil Wayne and EDM producer Oneohtrix Point Never.
Although not 100% confirmed, it is likely that his most recent single, 'Take My Breath', will be on the LP, given that when the song was released, The Weeknd tweeted, "The Dawn is here! Take My Breath out now!"
The Canadian artist has become one of the biggest pop and R&B singers in the world over the last decade, which was driven home when he dropped his hit, 'Blinding Lights'.

It became the No. 1 Billboard Hot 100 Song of All Time after it overtook Chubby Checkers 1960's classic 'Twist Again' in November of last year.
2021 also featured The Weeknd playing the most recent Superbowl Halftime Show, promoting his greatest hits compilation, The Highlights.
