A massive line-up of Irish acts will perform a tribute gig to one of Ireland's best ever musicians.
The Mic Christopher 50th Birthday gig will take place on September 21 at Whelan's.
The massive line-up includes Acko, Ailbhe Reddy, Alice Jage, Ann Scott, Aoife Carton, Clare Sands, Cry Monster Cry, Davy Lyons, Eve Darcy, Inni-K, Jane Willow, Karl Odlum, Leslie Keye, Lisa Hannigan, Margaret Healy, Mark Dignam, Mark Geary, Murieann, Nina Hynes, Paddy Casey, Sharon Horgan, Tim Burgess (Charlatans), Ronan O Snodnaigh, Saoirse Casey, The Daydreamers, The Pale and Ultan Conlon.
All proceeds on the night will go towards Aid Link Ireland.
In a statement on Twitter, Born Optimistic said: "Come celebrate what would have been Mic Christopher's 50th birthday in @whelanslive on Sat Sept 21st with a very special concert raising funds for @AidlinkIreland - friends and fans of Mic's collaborate on his songs @Tim_Burgess."
