It’s all about to kick off here on this scorching day in the sunny south east - as the gates are finally open here at Curraghmore House - All Together Now, Ireland’s biggest new festival, is a go.
Naturally, it’s a stunning site, nestled in the picturesque Clodiagh River valley just outside the pretty village of Portlaw, and the boffins behind All Together Now are exploiting it to the full.
There’s so much here to discover - catch the action ramping up later when DJ Deece plays the fire-spitting Arcadia Afterburner, or chill out at the many little picnicking stations by the lake, complete with blankets and bouquets of flowers. Already in demand are the hammocks dotted around the place - the best place to be in the evening heat.

Hot Press are already at home with our Acoustic Stage/Speakesy located in the idyllic Lawns of Tranquillity that sweep straight up to the steps of the 18th-century manor. We’re just to the left of the big house - near the Theatre of Food and a host of food stalls, and we know the smell of sausage blaas will be driving us wild all weekend.
Swing by the Speakeasy at 9pm tonight where Roisin Dwyer will be interviewing Glasgow post-rock legends Mogwai before they headline the Something Kind of Wonderful stage, and call over anytime for facepainting and the opportunity to get your face on the cover of Hot Press!
