The Cork festival takes place between July 8 and 10.
Townlands Carnival in Macroom, Co. Cork has unvealed its full line up for the 2016 event. Headliners for this years festival include, Jerry Fish, Blackalicious and Gentlemen's Dub Club.
The festival takes place over the weekend of July 8 to 10 on the grounds of Leades House, Rushden Farm, Macroom, Co. Cork. Today the festival announced 65 more acts for this year. Members of the bill include Irish festival regulars The Eskies, Mongoose and Daithi. Other acts set to play are Wicklow DJ and singer JONI, Adeniyi Allen Taylor & The Afrobeat Orchestra, singer songwriter Aine Duffy will be joined by the group The Hypnotist and Cork band One Horse Pony.
Music for the event will cover the genres of reggae, drum and bass, dance, electronic, folk and rock. There will also be spoken word and interactive events as well as a comedy stage for the first time. Weekend camping tickets are priced at €110 and are still available.
