Track of the Day: Anthony D'Amato's 'The Oyster and The Pearl'
The singer-songwriter headlines Upstairs at Whelan's on the 9th of October.
Ahead of his upcoming tour around Europe this autumn - including his appearance at Whelan's - American artist Anthony D'Amato has officially released his new single 'The Oyster and The Pearl'.
The folk pop musician has been steadily making waves in recent years, with his work having accumulated millions of streams on Spotify and being acknowledged by Rolling Stone as one of "10 Country Artists You Need To Know" in 2016 after the release of his album 'Cold Snap'.
'The Oyster and The Pearl' is a song that should keep him on that track, its already made its radio debut on the BBC in Scotland and it's plain to see why with its poetic prose ably complimenting its easy on the ears folk melodies.
