Kk Lewis' debut single 'Flowers' was released today.
If you frequent Grafton Street, you've probably heard busker Kk Lewis' honey-like voice wafting through the air.
Last Wednesday night, Kk Lewis launched her debut single in the Workmans Club to a packed out room, many murmuring in excitement.
Introducing her brand new single, Lewis mentioned a time when someone asked her what inspired her song writing.
"Basically I get into a relationship and wait for it to all fall through," she said.
She's aware she is following in the footsteps of pop super star Taylor Swift. To be fair, it's worked for her.

Her talent shines through as a lyrical songstress. Her voice, similar to Daughter's vocalist Elena Tonra, laments on a relationship that has turned sour and then the resolution to move on.
The song has delightful harmonies and acoustic instrumentals with a brooding and mellow tone. It's perfect for a overcast day like this to reflect on past relationships.
