Reevah’s “Weight of the World” is a much needed reminder that we can’t (and don’t have to) carry it all.
Kicking off 2020 with a feature in Hot Press Hot for 2020, indie-folk artist Reevah keeps the momentum going with her highly anticipated EP “A Different Light” set to release April 24th.
Reevah’s tracks have a refreshing consistency in their emotional catharsis. This is maintained in her track ‘Weight of the World’ as she sheds light on one of the heavier parts of the human experience. Speaking to the importance of how her music resonates with her audience, Reevah has said, “It’s important for me that the listener can relate to my music and lyrics on a human level.” Read more here!
‘Weight of the World’ achieves exactly that in the way it appeals to the very human way we all can take on too much and isolate ourselves in the process. It’s Reevah’s powerful and reassuring tone that gives us the room to acknowledge this pattern and find a sense of comfort in its universality.
