Up and coming Irish singer and florist Ciara Lawless has released her highly anticipated debut album Paint My Soul.

'No Rain, No Flowers' opens with an upbeat guitar riff that is then met with a playful piano tune. Lawless' encouraging lyrics speak about strength and adaptability. The track expresses the idea that you must go through difficult times in order to come out stronger and happier in the end.

The 24-year-old has always loved making music, starting from a young age she took acting and singing lessons. Eventually she began training at the Academy of Music in Tullamore where she studied classical and opera music. While enrolled she also competed in domestic and international competitions.

Now Lawless works in her flower shop during the day, but by night she is creating her new music. Her debut single, ‘Half The Man’ put her on the music industry’s radar when it was released in May of 2023.

The lead track, ‘No Rain, No Flowers’ was the fifth single released from Paint My Soul which was put out on April 26. Lawless describes the track as “a catchy, upbeat, fun pop song about resilience, hope and growth in the face of adversity.”

To celebrate the release of her first album, Lawless will be performing a series of shows across the country. She will visit cities like Dublin, Clare, Westmath, Cavan, Sligo and Kilkenny. June 14 at The Cobblestone in Dublin will be her official launch party.

Lawless has released music videos for the first four singles from the album: ‘I Am Your Healer’, ‘With Love’, ‘Where Are Your Wings?’ and ‘Our Kingdom Come’.
